Inspired by a display encountered in a supermarket, this painting transforms an ordinary commercial arrangement into a direct confrontation with contemporary consumption. What appears at first as an everyday scene gradually reveals the uneasy relationship between industrial food production, marketing, and the increasing distance between what we consume and its living origin.
