Delivery

1.1. Shipment of the Artwork by the Artist

Once the sale has been confirmed on Artmaster.fr, the artist undertakes to ship the artwork directly to the buyer within a maximum of seven (7) business days, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.

The shipment must:

• be packaged securely and appropriately for the nature of the artwork;
• provide adequate protection against damage during transport;
• be sent using a carrier that offers shipment tracking (tracking number required);
• be insured for the full value of the artwork whenever such insurance is available.

The artist remains solely responsible for the packaging, shipment, and condition of the artwork until it has been delivered to the buyer.

1.2. Shipping Information

Once the artwork has been shipped, the artist shall provide SAS 9 Vies with the information necessary to track the order, including:

• the name of the carrier;
• the tracking number;
• the shipping date.

SAS 9 Vies forwards this information to the buyer so that the shipment can be tracked.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• the country from which the artist ships the artwork;
• the carrier selected;
• any customs formalities applicable to shipments outside the European Union.

Estimated delivery times:

• France: 2 to 7 business days;
• Europe: 5 to 12 business days;
• International: 7 to 20 business days.
