Responsibilities

1.1. Artist’s Responsibility

The artist is responsible for:

• the preparation and initial packaging of the artwork,

• ensuring the artwork conforms to its description,

• insuring the artwork during the initial shipment to SAS 9 Vies.

1.2. Responsibility of SAS 9 Vies

SAS 9 Vies is responsible for:

• quality control,

• reinforced secondary packaging,

• shipment to the final customer,

• handling transport-related disputes,

• processing approved refunds.

1.3. Customer’s Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

• providing an accurate delivery address,

• being available to receive the delivery within the specified timeframe,

• inspecting the package upon arrival.
