Customer Guarantees

1.1. Authenticity Guarantee

Each artwork sold on artmaster.fr is accompanied by:

• a certificate of authenticity,

• an internal verification carried out by SAS 9 Vies,

• validation by the artist.

No industrial reproductions or undeclared prints are accepted.

1.2. "Satisfied or Refunded" Guarantee – 14 Days

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, without providing any justification.

The artwork must be returned:

• in its original condition,

• in its original packaging,

• with all protective materials provided.

The refund is issued after the artwork has been received and inspected.

1.3. Guarantee Against Transport-Related Damage

If the artwork arrives damaged, the customer must:

• notify SAS 9 Vies within 48 hours,

• provide photographs of the package and the artwork,

• keep the packaging for inspection purposes.

SAS 9 Vies will then handle the claim with the carrier and offer either:

• a full refund, or

• a replacement if the artist has similar works available (a rare option for unique pieces).
