Delivery

1.1. Shipment from the Artist to SAS 9 Vies

After purchase confirmation by the client, the artist agrees to ship the ordered artwork to the address of SAS 9 Vies within a maximum of 7 business days.
The shipment must be:

• secure,

• properly packaged,

• traceable (tracking number required),

• insured for the full value of the artwork.

The artist remains responsible for the artwork until it is received by SAS 9 Vies.

1.2. Compliance Check by SAS 9 Vies

Upon receipt of the artwork, SAS 9 Vies carries out:

• an integrity check,

• an authenticity verification,

• a conformity validation (technique, condition, and consistency with the product description).

If the artwork does not match its description or presents any defect, SAS 9 Vies may refuse to proceed and will immediately contact the artist.

1.3. Shipment to the Final Customer

Once the artwork is validated, SAS 9 Vies ships it to the final customer via a professional carrier.
Each shipment includes:

• reinforced and secure packaging,

• a tracking number,

• insurance covering loss, theft, and damage.

The customer receives a notification as soon as the artwork is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on:

• the artist’s country of origin,

• the internal quality control process,

• the selected carrier,

• customs constraints (for shipments outside the EU).

Average delivery times are:

• France: 3 to 7 business days after validation,

• Europe: 5 to 12 business days,

• International: 7 to 20 business days.
